Early 13th Century, the Mikaelsons found shelter in England meeting Lady Isabel Louise Faye, an aristocratic noblewoman. The Mikaelson siblings befriended the Faye family for they were known as one of the most powerful in the area. Upon doing so, Elijah met Lady Isabel whom he quickly took an interest. Not only did Lady Isabel caught the attention of Elijah, but also Niklaus. Without even knowing, Lady Isabel got the two Mikaelsons wrapped around her little fingers. And so the rivalry between the two brothers began.
