Serena arrives at her new school the Pokemon Academy, filled with a bunch of skilled Pokemon trainers, breeders, coordinators, and professors. Of course she got the feeling that she didn't belong there until she runs into Satoshi one of the greatest trainers in the whole academy.
He guides her to her homeroom only to find out he was in the same homeroom, not only that but Serena finds out that her sister used to go to this academy but strangely disappeared.
Now it is her mission to find out the truth, along with Satoshi and his friends. While searching for the truth it was discovered that there is a student who works for team rocket, but no one seems to know who it is. Everyone just seems to point fingers at each other. That actually give Serena a clue to where her sister has gone.
See who the team rocket member is, are there possibly more of them hidden in the school. Will Serena ever find her sister all those questions can be answer when you read to find out.
