"Hey Angel!" Cas internally groaned. He turned his head to see a man in a tight green suit and a hood walking towards him. "Oh god, what do you want."
In which Cas is a superhero trying to get things done, Dean is a guy just trying to make a new friend, and Sam is tired of constantly coaching his brothers love life.

Castiel Novak didn't want to go to the dinner. But his parents told him to be there, he couldn't skip it. His life was okay at this point. He had a couple of friends, did good at school, his parents were cool (well as cool as they can be when you are a single child and adopted), he didn't have panic attacks anymore, he managed to hide his wings and no one bullied him anymore, almost. At this point he didn't want anything to change, but he usually didn't get what he wished for. That night everything changed.
