After a devastating fire takes their parents and their home on the edge of the forest, the Heart twins flee into the trees and are separated. Each unsure of the other's survival, they each live with a befriended animal, each armed with only what they have gathered in the forest and their violins.
Twins are not meant to be separated.
This is based on a short story that I wrote for English, and there will be a sequel most likely.
