It seems like everyone's excuse was society. "Sorry Emma, that's just the way it works" is something I hear on a daily basis. Somehow though that's not what scares me the most, I'm scared that I'll fall in love and lose my spark against society- like my sister did when she met her mate.
I'm really not sure what to do; there is little I can do. I'm just one of those girls who sneaks out into the forest to shift- give me a warning and send me back home, I'll do it all again the next day.
So here we are stuck on repeat in our messed up society that is meant to be modern. Werewolves can't change, they won't change, and their views are dug deep into our foundations.
They need evidence that they are wrong and I think, maybe, we can find it.

For fifteen years now Werewolves have been known to man, well they've literally taken over. You could say the humans didn't take their existence very well. "It's okay little one," he said as came closer to me. I felt so tiny in his presence, especially in wolf form. He knelt down and tried to move closer but I whimpered and backed up more into the tree. He sighed again before trying again and I tired to put all my fears away as he once again reached out his hand. I put my head down, hoping that if I couldn't see him, I wouldn't be scared. As I felt his hand on my back and felt tingles explode, I jumped but then relaxed as I got used to it. I calmed down more as he picked up my small frame and held me close before whispering into my ear, "What has happened to you little one?" *~*~*~* Celeste has always been running. When she was little a group of rouges killed most of her pack and the remaining wolves ran, including her. Over the years they have slowly split off until it is only her and her mother running. Escaping the Monster's Embrace (OLD BEING REWRITTEN )
(Currently being rewritten under a new name The Claimed) Everything changed when they came out of hiding, terror spread across the world as people began to question if our presidents and our global leaders lied to us and weren't from the same race. The Beasts blended in amongst us as if we were the same, except humans didn't have the same predatory instincts and we couldn't change our forms like they could. Soon after we learnt that we weren't the only species people began going missing.
