Bernie has trouble trying to stay awake. Navine has trouble keeping still. On a trip to Washington DC the polar opposites are forced to be, as Mrs. Kernell says, "DC Safety Buddies". As a conspiratal theory is unearthed and the plot is twisted into a ball, the two must sort their "issues" out.
