Patterson's ship, an Earthling colonial starship has been traveling towards a new home for generations. Randal was born on the ship as the generation that would populate the new planet. After 130 years traveling at Half the speed of light, they finally reach their destination. The population must now live amoungst the alien species and turn this new planet into a suitable home.
