When you are born, you get a tattoo painted on your wrist telling you the date that you will meet your soul mate. If you are bisexual, homosexual, etcetera, you and the person that gets the same date as you will come out on the same day, at the same time.
Once you meet your soul mate, you have to promise to each other that nothing will come in the way if your love, and that you will be with each other til the day one you has perished. And if a promise is broken, only luck can save the pair.

"We talked for what seemed like hours and hours. Him saying something funny about himself, me saying something funny about myself. So on, so forth. Eventually we decided that it was time to promise. We stood up, took each other by the hand (our hands that have the dates on our wrists), and promised.
I went first.
'I, Mark Edward Fischbach, promise to love and care for Sean William McLoughlin for as long as I may live.'
'I, Sean William McLoughlin, promise to love and care for Mark Edward Fischbach for as ling as I may live.'
We shook hands. And then nothing.
We stood there for what seemed like decades, although it was only a few seconds. Why did it feel as if we went through 4 decades?"
