Neci is not a human being, more of a spirit or demon. It has control over it's own physical form, and can change the molecular structure of anything it can understand, causing the illusion of being able to make things out of thin air. Neci is extremely powerful, but generally uncooperative. This story is mainly just for fun, I might eventually have multiple stories containing these characters and eventually have the whole universe mapped out, but this is it for now.
