This isn't something Bruce would approve of. This isn't something her dad would approve of. But neither of them are stuck in a tower with poor ventilation and heating, sweating next to a generator running their only means of communication, while someone runs around wearing their face. Sending two characters that had disturbed her as a child was showboat-y, and a little crass, but it confirmed one terrifying fact:
The imposter was using her brain scan.

Wanting to be a superhero and becoming one, are two completely different things. But becoming the opposite? That's way easier. And sometimes it's not on purpose. Fate didn't want me to be a hero. I was a fairly normal girl, growing up in Central City. A city where superheroes and super villains didn't exist... until the particle accelerator exploded. Many people were turned into these metahumans, me being one of them. Likely one of the only changed nine year olds at the time.
