The year is 2018. 16 years after a massive catastrophe struck the Earth due to pollution began another massive ice age. William Howell is currently finding his family out in Charleston, Virginia. He hopes to also find the source of a massive shantytown somewhere in South Carolina, in hopes of finding supplies, allies, and a home.
