May shouts. My eyes widen in fear as I hear May's footsteps coming closer and closer to the closet, where Ally and I were hiding. May's shadow of her feet became visible at the bottom of the closet door. Ally and I freeze at the sight, holding our breaths. A minute has passed, and May slowly walks away. Then, silence; no footsteps. I let out a silent sigh of relief. I look at Ally to make sure she was okay. I feel her tremble in my arms. Suddenly, the door opens with a jolt, startling both Ally and I. There, standing, is May. "I found you."
