That's how it's been for the past millennium, and that's how it's planned to stay.
The two worlds, separated only by a thin barrier, are as different as chalk and cheese. One of the worlds is far behind the other technology wise, but has magic. The other has no magic, but has technologies far more advanced.
Two children from different worlds, somehow, as babies, were switched. Struggling in a world they where they don't fit in, the pair are desperate to get back to their own home. But that has complications of its own.
As the two struggle in their different worlds, a larger plot seems to be afoot. Who switched them? And why?

Their muscles misbehaved, their skin and body felt like a rigid shell, and their weak constitution left little options for any activities outside of paperwork, books and anything on a screen at home. This book is is written in the far future were war is raging throughout the world permanently halting all innovations. Humanity wanting to finally bring it all to an end only finds one way to solve it. End humanity as we know it. Governments across the globe found that humanity wasn't what it was before and had become dark and terrible to live in, so to fix that they made a small utopia pulling in families, scientists, and important government officials to create the perfect pair of humans. Those two humans would be trained to kill what humanity has become and start it all over, so the world would be a better place. But once they make the female, they find that she is not like her partner. She has a different goal in mind than restarting humanity. This is my first book, so it may have a few mess ups but I hope you enjoy, I have worked hard to at least get this out.
