Silence is the worst darkness of all.

Dean Winchester lost his sight when he was eight years old. His best friend became his little brother, Sam, who helped him through his early struggles.

Soon, Dean meets Castiel, a barista working at the local coffee shop. They become closer than Dean has been with anyone in years.

But good things simply cannot last. In the blink of an eye, Castiel goes silent. As Dean's world slowly spirals out of control again, he is forced to pull himself together on his own, without the help of his brother or his best friend.

Once again, darkness is all Dean knows.
