SINOPSE:
Paris, uma cidade devastada pela violência, fome, desemprego e em guerra contra os rebeldes. O Rei Soren luta com afinco para proteger o reino, inclusive suas duas filhas: Brienne e Karen.
Brienne não é uma garota comum, ela carrega o peso e as responsabilidades de seu título de princesa, além de esconder um grande segredo de seus pais. Já Karen, sonha em conhecer o seu príncipe perfeito.
Por causa dos rebeldes, o Rei decretou "o toque de recolher", que indica que nenhum cidadão menor de dezoito anos circule pelas ruas de Versalhes após às 22h, e a punição para quem desobedece as leis é feita com rigor.
Porém será difícil conter todos os jovens em casa após a chegada de uma banda intitulada "As Subversivas", composta por quatro garotas mascaradas e um pouco maluquinhas. O talento da banda logo cativa a todos, arrastando uma legião de fãs por onde passam, o que torna a vigilância dos guardas reais bem trabalhosa. No meio de tanto caos, fome e violência, elas acreditam que trazer a alegria de volta à Versalhes é o caminho certo para acabar de vez com as guerras entre os rebeldes e trazer à cidade pessoas de todos os lugares, aumentando assim, a lucratividade do comércio.
Resta saber, se toda a tática dessas garotas dará certo, pois atrás delas estão um Rei bastante furioso e um guarda real extremamente apaixonado.
