You would expect people to have a extravagant way of being kind, and playing sports well, but when you mix high school with the two. Well, it turns into one hectic story.
Josh Tucker, is handsome, funny, and well, the guy you want to be with. He is the star of football, and baseball team at Cathaway High School. His friends with rowdy boys, always playing with girls feelings, dropping them once they get what they want. What will happen when Josh comes across a shy, mysterious, and kind girl, that his friends been messing with?
Lassy McBride has always been a quiet girl, her father is a preacher, and her mom passed away. She doesn't have many friends, other than her father, brother, and her chocolate lab. She works very hard at her school work, her work pays off with straight A's. What will happen when her childhood "friends" start bullying her and her long time crush defends her? Is it fate, or just a play?

"'Bye.' I say after Edwin's kiss. He gives me a small smile that honestly looks more like a grimace. It makes me a little uncomfortable having him kiss me in the library.
