"There was once a time when I believed there was no way in this world I'd turn out to be the person I am today. I'd say that I would never even think of harming myself. Or letting someone hurt me. I was so wrong. " --------------- Payton Turner is the definition of the average, geeky teenage girl. She's the shortest girl in her year, with dark hair, black framed glasses, and is basically invisible to others. Then there's Alec Black, the typical bad boy on campus. With his tall, tanned figure, dark hair, and a devious look permanently plastered on his face, Alec maintains his dark reputation while capturing the attention of every teenage girl that's even heard his name. The two remain unaware of each others existence. But what would happen if their paths crossed, even for a moment. Would they continue to live their lives like normal, or will they change everything?
