Mary Joseph is a 16 year old girl who lives in London with her parents and two brothers, James and Edward. Mary has always been singled out by her parents, who preferred sons over daughters and so always caught the backlash of anything her brothers did wrong, not by their intentions, of course! Her parents finally decide to teach her the error of her ways when they send her away to a rural mansion, far away from the hustle and bustle of London, and where trouble will not find her. This is Trinkets house.
Trinkets House seems like a encampment for rebellious teens and so Mary was reluctant, to say the least, but when she arrives and discovers this mysterious house and is greeted by an even more mysterious man, she discovers that this house may not be all it seems to be.
