That summer she reestablished her friendship with her best friend. They had not talked in over a year. But they could talk to each other as though a year did not past of no communication. He was the only one who new about everything. The cheating, the lies, the failure, the disappointment, the threats, the sex, the pictures, the bruises, and the cutting. He didn't judge her the way others would. But he did encourage her to leave him, even though she loved him. She knew she should leave him no matter what she felt.
