Harley Day Anderson has had a hard life. But instead of letting it turn her, bitter and cold or fragile and scared, she becomes a perfect blend of both. Harley can be cold/intimidating to strangers, but in the dead of night, when being held in the twins- Xander and Alexander - arms she lets her fragile side be shown. The only ones who have seen her tears are the twins and the only ones that are going to see her tears are those that she trust. The twins haven't had a much better life. When Harley and the twins meet each other they soon become each others rock, there's a safe place to land when the war is over. So what happens when someone comes to the orphanage to adopt Harley but not them? What will happen when they find out about her son? Will Harley be able to convince them to adopt the twins and keep her son too? And if not how will they cope?
