Farkle stood beside the cliff, watching it from afar. His heart raced, adrenaline coursing through his veins. He was so close, yet something was holding him back. Or, maybe, it was someone. The brunette girl with the brown eyes wandered into his mind, and his breathing fluctuated. His heart pounded in his chest, as if it were a drum and every breath he took the mallet. He stepped back, as he'd done numerous amounts if times before. The brunette girl appeared in his vision.
