In the future of the United States, a genetic mutation has made it so everyone is born with a twin, one with good intentions, the other with bad. The society is split in two, and 16 year old Kailer is caught in the middle of it. 
      Since Kailer's twin passed away years before, no one is sure which twin he is, not even himself. At his Evaluation, Kailer is falsely sorted. But that's not necessarily a bad thing-is it?
