Of course it would be raining at a time like this.  But, I can't think about anything except the big news he brought on me.  I had to get away.  I couldn't stay at the Institute with him still there.

I knocked on the door.  I don't even care if my makeup is ruined or that fact that I'm still crying, I need to stay somewhere else and this was the best place I could think of.

I tried to smile, "Hey."

He noticed my bloodshot eyes, "Samantha, what could I do for you?"

"I was wondering, if I could stay here for a few days?"  I choked as I wiped the tears in my eyes.

Magnus gave me a sad smile while opening the door, "Of course.  Now, tell me what happened?"

I swallowed hard and tried not to show the sadness I felt in my soul, only the anger. "And I hate you." I answered. He seemed very surprised and hurt by my answer, just as I expected. He slowly let go of my wrist. "I'm done with you." I said and meant it for the last time. Magnus Bane was one of the best police officers in town. Together with his best friend, Celine, they worked hard every day. Lately they tried to catch a mysterious thief, but it was harder than they thought because he was very clever. When Magnus met a beautiful guy in a bar one night, he didn't expect that he would turn his whole world upside down.

What if this person opens his eyes to a bigger picture? What if Alec will feel something more for them but will keep it a secret but still love Magnus more? What if they stay in touch? What if Magnus discovers their friendship? What if Magnus feels something for them as well? What if Magnus with Alec decide to make her theirs?
