June is finally the big one eight. Eighteen years in counting. Living in New York and absolutely unsure what to do with her life, June's parents finally decide to let her move out. But, there are more than just a few problems.     

1. Her parents think she's living in a college dorm.                                            
2. She's dead broke and her college doesn't offer dorms.                                
3. Her newly found apartment comes with a lot of package.
4. The main package is a very spoiled 24 year old rich boy.
5. That package is not returnable.
