THE TRADE CALLED SLAVERY.

To the mothers of Africa Did this they

To the fathers of Africa did they same

Our forefathers never taught of it as a trade

Neither did the children believed it was a bait

But our greediness sold us straight

Ignorance is that word they used to repobrate

You said you never taught of it has a trade

Oh! Then give meaning to the word called sales

For a mirror, our mothers nakedness placed on show

And a minor umbrella, our fathers lips did pierce

For the trade's sake, many never fufiled their destiny

And yet you deny their offsprings entry into your territory

The future of then you did shattered

But the future of the now, we will gather

For with its success no man shall put Asunder

The once left scar

Made us to reason high and wide

On how best to take it back

The lost glories of our forefathers.
