Merely 6 months after discovering the existence of the possibility of other Techno organic life on earth, Red Boston and her Spark-mate, former Decepticon SoundWave, set out on a mission to reach them before the enemy. But, nothing ever goes according to plan, does it? Danielle Jamieson is what had appeared to be an ordinary girl when her parents adopted her 13 years previously, but they were not entirely correct. The morning following her first 'Upgrade', 15 year-old Danielle meets new people-new friends she thinks she can trust: the Decepticons. And in the midst of it all, she realizes what she must be: Merely a Whisper.
