Her and her brothers are Twisters, perhaps known to you as Shape Shifters. They were raised far away from their own kind and work diligently to blend into the human world.
Meanwhile, back in their fathers homeland, the Skies and Shadows are locked in a centuries long war. Without an heir, the Sky's leader is caught in a vulnerable position that could leave the Shadows victorious, and mean disaster for the Skies.
