Marie Violet Hurley has always been a happy little child. She has a nice group of friends, she has almost every instrument imaginable that's needed in an alternative band, not to mention her dad is the drummer for Fall Out Boy, Andy Hurley.
But when her mother leaves her and Andy on their own, Marie is naïve and doesn't realize that Cassandra is not coming back.
Then when the hiatus rolls around, she notices her father acting a bit differently. Almost... sadly. Can she get the band back together, or is he doomed to play in "The Damned Things" for the rest of his career?
