Nick is a thirteen year old boy who's art is his passion. But he starts to see and hear things that aren't real, hallucinations and voices begin to occupy his mind. He is later diagnosed of having schizophrenia and put into a mental hospital. There he meets a boy named Isaac who shows him a world where they can inhabit in to escape from this cruel world we call reality.
~okay, so I wrote this for my creative writing class and altered it a little. The theme was to choose a children's story and rewrite and change it basically only change the characters, setting, genre etc but keep the plot the same. So for my story I chose Bridge to Terabithia, even though it's a lot different and darker. It's basically my own version. If you cried watching/reading bridge to Terabithia and don't want that experience again then maybe steer clear of this story.. Just forewarning. But anyway thanks for ending up here and I hope you give this story a chance, it's not the best and I'm new at this but I tried. Please enjoy~

LOTS OF MISSPELLED WORDS AND OTHER ERRORS. You were feared by many kids at the school, but not the four new mutants that had just started. In fact one wanted to be your best friend, one was skeptical and rude about you, one liked you because you were pretty smart and one was just kind of there. You could never read that one, but he was a sweetie usually. (you can change any she/her pronoun you like in the story to the one you prefer. I just write whats easiest for me and hope its ok to others) And this whole love story just happens to start on a note that was written down perfectly by the one who wants to stay anonymous. This is a story full of ups and downs that talk about many problems you dont see in other stories. This is a mature story, so there is swearing and sexual content as well as some things that might trigger people (like mentions of rape) if these things bother you please just move on to another story and don't bother mine. There is spelling mistakes and punctuation mistakes as well, so please don't come for me over that because no one is perfect and I tried my hardest for the last couple months to get this done and actually be a somewhat good story. I run to my house and lock myself in my bathroom. I don't bother closing the front door cause I don't care if people come in to kill me.
