Nick is a thirteen year old boy who's art is his passion. But he starts to see and hear things that aren't real, hallucinations and voices begin to occupy his mind. He is later diagnosed of having schizophrenia and put into a mental hospital. There he meets a boy named Isaac who shows him a world where they can inhabit in to escape from this cruel world we call reality. ~okay, so I wrote this for my creative writing class and altered it a little. The theme was to choose a children's story and rewrite and change it basically only change the characters, setting, genre etc but keep the plot the same. So for my story I chose Bridge to Terabithia, even though it's a lot different and darker. It's basically my own version. If you cried watching/reading bridge to Terabithia and don't want that experience again then maybe steer clear of this story.. Just forewarning. But anyway thanks for ending up here and I hope you give this story a chance, it's not the best and I'm new at this but I tried. Please enjoy~

HIGHEST RANKING: 303 IN SCIENCE FICTION Isaac Crowley is your average 15 year old boy. He is a sophomore in high school, plays sports, and hangs out with his friends. Everything in his life is in control, and he knows that he has a bright future ahead. Then the dreams start happening. His best friend Lucy gets hit by a car. He dreams it, and then, it happens again two days later. He tells his parents, his friends, anyone that he can, but they all think that it's just a coincidence. These dreams begin to happen regularly, and the mounting suspense drives Isaac crazy as he tries to diffuse the situation inside his dreams, find someone that he can trust, and prove to his parents that something's wrong. But he spirals further and further down the rabbit hole, and creates a web of lies. NOTE: Well, I just published the story, and It's on Amazon, with this link: http://www.amazon.com/Lucid-Ari-Liam-Lohr/dp/069260765X/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1452182800&sr=8-1&keywords=Ari+Lohr This story will probably become just a preview, so I can sell the book. Anyways, thanks for all of your support, guys! I really appreciate it. Once again, thanks for supporting me in the whole process of this book so far. You guys are the reason that I do this. ANOTHER NOTE: Readers, this book's name has changed to "Lucid." I thought that it was more fitting of a name. What do you think? THIRD NOTE: If a chapter is marked "Revised," then I am completely done with it and will probably not update it again.
