I'd Like to think I was a good person, before it all began. I didn't cheat on tests, or steal. But throughout my entire life, I was treated if I were a monster. At the age of five, after several agonizing tests, I was diagnosed with Reactive Attachment Disorder. But not even that title could describe just how strange I was. When another kid got hurt, I would cry. Whenever someone else was told a funny joke, I would laugh hysterically. People looked at me as if I were crazy- and for while I agreed with them. That was until I, Caddie Jones, was exiled to Nox Haven Academy, a school for truly special kids. Not the mentally ill, psychotic kind of special but the magical kind. Like witches, vampires, fairies and werewolves. Call me crazy if you want, you wouldn't be the first. But the stories are all true. The supernatural did exist and I was one of them. Life there was cool until suddenly, I was faced with two-faced witches, egotistical princes, hormone driven werewolves, and an army of evil warlocks who were threatening to destroy the world. ... The royal spy arrived at the castle to give his report on aurora "she has been sent to a school and out of reach for her adoptive parents." "Thank you hoblins" The queen called in for the royal sorceress."Your majesty" she said bowing. "Hello Amanda I've heard from hoblins that aurora has been put out of reach from her adoptive parents. I want you to find her and ask for a job there." Said the queen. A few weeks ago, Luke and Heidi made up and got back together. You'd probably know they would, like, doesn't that happen in every breakup story? If worse comes to worse, the girl probably gets a new boyfriend. Well, back to this story. After they made up, bad things start to happen. First, it happens to one. Then, twenty mermaids. Then soon, every mermaid. What is going on, you may ask? It seems that merfolk are having their powers drained. Therefore, losing their tails. Arguments, fights. The merfolk who haven't been infected arguing with the ones that have about if they should erase their memories. After all, humans aren't supposed to know about mermaids. Before we know it, humans and mer will be at war. Again. What if it spreads to all mythical creatures? But how can Luke and Heidi stop this before it's to late? And the most important thing, who is the evil mastermind behind this epidemic that is plaguing all mers...and maybe all mythical creatures?Complete
