Jessica and Gerard have been best friends since the 5th grade. They've always been there for each other no matter what, but when Gerard's depression just really gets to him one day, he can't take it anymore and decides to take his own life. He doesn't want to leave Jess but he thinks it's better off that way. When Mikey, Gerard's younger brother, tells Jess the bad news about his brothers death, her whole life turns around and her whole world crumbles. She begins to experience what Gerard used to feel like, she gets depressed and also goes a bit insane. She now understands why Gerard needed to drink and do all those drugs but Jessica also has an addiction of her own. And its not only drugs and booze. This addiction requires sharp things and blood. Billie Joe Armstrong, the schools bad boy and Gerard's worst enemy see's how broken Jessica is and wants to help her but Jessica feels like she'd be betraying Gerard if she became friends with his worst enemy. So she just pushes everyone away but even then, Billie still continues to try and help her to get back on her feet even though she wants nothing to do with him.

After a bunch of run ins with the both of them, Sammi makes up a rumor about James, insinuating it was Emma who started it. James watches Emma embarrass herself on multiple different occasions, And still wont explain why he is upset with her. But, after Sammi gets a football player to put a cockroach in Emma's hair in class, Emma runs out to leave. She then runs into James, who Offers to give her a ride home. He then tells her he fiund out it was Sammi who started the rumor. And to make it up to her, he brings her to see her favorite series, 'Raven-Man' at the Drive-in theatre.Complete
