Alicia Palmer is an abused high schooler. Mark Tuan is her childhood friend. Mark knows of her relationship with her boyfriend Alex. He knows she is repeatedly abused by him, sexually, physically and mentally. He wants to help her, but by doing so he realises he loves her. After an incident at the school happends, Mark and her other friend Jackson Wang start to argue as Jackson promised Mark that he would not let Alex hurt her.
