After watching my own parents' lives being taken right in front of me, I had to get away. I had to go somewhere my sister and I would be safe, somewhere where no one could hurt us.
That soon changed...
My sister and I were forced to move into the local orphanage until we found a new home. You could feel the amount of energies being drained as soon as you passed the doorstep. You could see how many kids were going to not have a family. But we didn't let that stop us. We were hesitant to stay any place else, even if this place was run down and crawling with rats.
