In a world where everything is run by The Council, a group of people who want things the way they see it, there is a rebellion brewing. Lead by a man named Andy Beirsack they are know as 'The Dark Ones' but the rebellion if faltering.

In a last hope, Andy must ask for the help of two people everyone talks about yet people never have seen, The Witches.

One, who mostly uses her powers, the power of Ice and the second, who is much more dangerous, who uses her weapons but holds the powers of Fire.
