After the events of Friday the 13th Part 3, Jason Voorhees's body has disappeared. Chris is being taken to a Mental Institution and all of her friends are dead. The Jarvis family is moving into a cabin near Higgins Haven (consisting of a mother, an 18 year old girl named Trish and her 12 year old brother Tommy).
Six teenagers (Jared, Vanessa, Randy, Eric, Patty, Angela) are also making their way to Camp for some premarital sex and drug doing.
They are unaware of the Crystal Lake Curse that will soon fall upon them!
