It consumed every surface of my body and mind like a deadly cancer It had become a promise to myself. A reminder. A standard. It was a rule applied to every person in my life, except him... There was no denying that he and I were both broken souls left in a broken world. The stronger their dislike grows, the more attached they become, until the lines become so blurred that they can't tell the difference between hatred and love anymore. They could say they hated each other, but if anything, a small part of them knew it would turn into love. If that love would last once everything was revealed... What is Love? I'm not sure myself, but I imagine it to be calm, soft, and intense. A four-letter word with profound meaning. It's how you stay alive even after you're gone. It does not come from finding the perfect person, but from loving a person despite their flaws. Love compels you to take chances. It makes you feel whole. It brings out the best in you. It allows you to be vulnerable and show the real you, even if you don't want to. Love can be both terrifying and beautiful. Because you're exposing your entire soul to your partner without knowing whether they'll accept it or use it against you. Never give up on love because there is a lot of love in the world, but it is never the same love twice. True love is difficult to find. "I want a divorce." And just hearing him say that my whole world that seemed to revolve around him stopped. Gathering myself I barely managed to speak in a voice that even I could not recognise. I couldn't comprehend anything going around me. "Wh..hy?" As soon as the words left my mouth he threw the file and the photographs spread across the floor. And those photographs had me in compromising positions with not one but several men. Looking at those photos I looked straight into his eyes. Disgust and hatred. The only emotions I could see. Taking a deep breath I composed myself and tried to keep my face void of the emotions I felt at that moment. Hurt and immense pain. If he didn't trust me then he has no right to see me vulnerable too. "Is this the only reason why you want to divorce me? No other except this?" It was foolish of me to ask him but I had to make sure. Also for me trust comes before love. If he doesn't trust me I don't even want to save the relationship. "Is this not enough you whore? There is the couples that look perfect for each other, then there are the couples that everyone wants to be like everybody wants the bond those two individuals share, and then there are the couples that look like polar opposites, the couples that look like they definitely do not belong together. See me as my own individual find those couples like the last one so intoxicatingly intriguing. They don't pay attention to how they look together. They only seem to care about the love that they share. So not only does love come in many different forms, it can also come from many different things. You See with Liam Payne, he is met with as far as he is knows is just some psychotic lunatic. But slowly he learns to just accept his fate, earning a serious case of Stockholm Syndrome, only problem is Liam is a bit of a scaredy-cat, he's got many fears, even for stuff he knows or at least thinks isn't real, like demons, and vampires.
