Asgard had always taken great pride in its royal family. The great king, Odin, All-Father and protector of the Nine Realms. The gentle queen, Frigga, mother of the Gods and skilled in the magic of Seidr. Thor, eldest child, God of Sky and Thunder, wielder of the great Hammer Mjölnir. Loki, second born, God of Mischief and Lies. Lastly, Astrid, only a bit younger than Loki, not yet earned her Godly title.
Growing up, Astird was always very close to both her brothers, acting as a catalyst that kept them together even through tough times, though she typically stayed close to Loki's side and he to hers. No matter the adventure or danger, she was always right there with them. It went against Frigga's wishes, but she even trained alongside them and was raised as a warrior as well as a lady. Imagine everyone's surprise when she became just as good, if not better, as Sif and the Warriors three, earning her a rightful place by their side.
As the years passed, she became more and more distant to Thor, Sif, and the Warriors, and grew much closer Loki, seeing how the others unfairly treated him and not liking it one bit. The two spent great deals of time together, usually in the libraries, walking the gardens, and even causing some mischief with one another. It's easy to see how attached to each other they are, practically glued to each other sides, though no one seems to notice just how close.
Unaware of the events about to unfold before them as Thor is proclaimed the next king, Astrid will soon find that she has not only been raised on lies but as also unknowingly sworn her allegiance to the wrong prince.

He had two options for whom to declare as his heir and successor, but he asked just one other person... one warrior first and just before. Lady Drina hates being referred to as "Lady", when she is the daughter of Týr the God of Justice, single combat, and honor. Her title, is the Lady goddess of honorable combat and justice, although she is more often referred to by her title that everybody believes is self-imposed. Drina is known as the Defender of Odinsons, the two sons of Odin, Loki and Thor. Her older brother is Conor, the god of one on one combat, he would have you believe. Despite the fact of the matter, that his sibling continually bests him in all forms of combat, except for archery. Drina has only known one person who ever refused to refer to her by her rather bothersome and limiting title of 'Lady', since he was the only one who ever bothered to listen. Loki was the only one who listened, when even Conor shut her out of his life, following along a bit too eagerly with all of the rest. And in return, she refuses to accept that he was lying all of those years about who he was, and who she saw him as. "You are Loki, the Son of Odin." Drina said gently and she moved to step forward, despite negative emotions coming from every fiber of his being. "NO! No, I am not!!" Loki shouted and Drina took the smallest of steps back, which quieted him down and he looked out of the window opposite Drina. "If you are not Loki of Asgard, if you are not the boy that I grew up fighting alongside now, then who are you?" She asked softly. She stared into blood-red eyes and icy blue skin, as she shakes her head. "You are still Loki. I know it.

When Y/N, a mortal girl obsessed with Norse mythology, stumbles upon an ancient spell in an old book, she never expects it to actually work-until she finds herself trapped in Asgard with no way home. Desperate, she sneaks through the golden halls of the palace, searching for a way to reverse the magic. But in her attempt to fix the portal, she only shatters it beyond repair, sealing her fate in the realm of gods. Discovered by Thor, the mighty prince of Asgard, she is met with hostility from the court, particularly the noblewomen who see her as a lowly mortal unworthy of their golden city. But Thor, ever the honorable warrior, takes her under his protection, offering her sanctuary despite the disapproval of his people. She finds solace in his kindness, his unwavering sense of duty, and the effortless way they seem to understand each other. Yet Thor is a future king, bound by expectation to marry a noble Asgardian woman-not a girl from Midgard. Then there is Loki. The dark, silver-tongued trickster, an outcast in his own land, sees in her a reflection of himself-someone unwanted, someone different. He is the first to treat her not as an intruder, but as an equal, drawing her into his world of whispered secrets and forbidden magic. She knows she shouldn't fall for him, not when his mischief turns to cruelty, not when the darkness within him begins to unfold. And yet, she can't seem to stay away. Torn between two gods, she must choose: the light of Thor, whose duty to Asgard threatens to pull them apart, or the shadow of Loki, whose desire for power may consume them both. But as political tensions rise and enemies lurk in the corners of Asgard, one thing becomes clear-the gods may be immortal, but love is just as dangerous as war. Who will you choose, reader?

I took his hands in mine frantically, causing his eyes to meet mine. "Then hand over the Tesseract and come home, Loki. Please." "I can't." He pulled away. "If I'm not allowed rule on Asgard, then I'll rule here." My eyebrows knitted together in desperation. "Loki, pleas-" My plea was cut shot as a burst of energy and the distinctive clang of metal on metal pushed me over into the god of mischief. We stumbled backwards until I laid on his chest and he grunted from the sudden impact. "Thor." I cursed under my breath. "Sorry..." I began lifting myself off of his body. I narrowed my gaze and quickly stood to rush into Thor's aid, ignoring his dejected expression. I was about to leap off the cliff side when I heard four words that had me frozen in my place unlike anything my powers could do. "I still love you." ___________________________________________ (Y/N) Ísveig thought she'd made peace with Loki's death. She couldn't bring herself to forgive him for everything he had done, obviously, but she was finally beginning to live the life she always wanted. She was no longer deemed future queen of Asgard, and she was slowly learning to control her amplified ice powers. That is, until the god of mischief decides to attack New York and steal the Tesseract. Now (Y/N) must again face her inner demons as her powers quickly deem too much for her to handle, and all her feelings for Loki resurface even though she forces herself to see him as the enemy. Only time will tell if her, along with the Avengers, can put a stop to his schemes, or if New York will ultimately be engulfed by a thick layer of snow, ice, and death. ___________________________________________ BOOK 2 in the Loki x (Y/N) Ísveig series. Hell is Living Without You ~ Loki

28 parts Complete

Freyja Sigurddottir was born to one of Odin's greatest soldiers, Sigurd Bjornson, and wielded a powerful form of Asgardian magic inherited by her mother, who died giving birth. She grew up with her older brother Styrbjorn and her father. Sometimes, Sigurd and Styrbjorn would battle alongside Odin and his army. But one day, they didnt come back. Odin adopted Freyja under his wing and raised her with his two sons, Thor and Loki. As they grew up, their bond became inseparable and they did virtually anything together. Loki and Freyja both possessed magic and Frigga taught them both how to master using it both safely and dangerously, so naturally their bond was the strongest.
