Amber and Sky were born into a family with a gift, the gift to control certain elements. Although when the girls are given to the C.I.A. by their family to repay the family debt they are not sure if it is a gift or a curse.  Sky is very strong with her gift over air, being able to fly and create wind storms, she is always very sure of herself. Amber on the other hand is confused, being born with two elements in her blood, water and air, she is not sure which element she should be, and it always feels like she is battling herself.
