Although she cannot use telekinesis as well as Eleven does now, she can  move certain objects without touching them and control the brain in dangerous ways that could get them and her killed. After Nine escapes from Hawkins Lab for the second time and succeeds, she searches to find the thing that she created, a monster with no face.
