In the Hawaiian language it simply means spiritual things. Another name you could use for Ryder and Arhira are Saudade. Saudade: noun: a feeling of longing, melancholy, or nostalgia. Ryder was born with a second side, one much older and more powerful than himself, named Arhira, The Sender of Power. Because of this he is one of the guardians of the human world. A small group of intellects have discovered the existence of the guardians and have chosen to hunt them down, replacing them with manmade security. Samuel and Ellicia are two hunters on the prowl when they find brave, innocent Ryder. What will happen to Ryder in the hands of the hunters?
