Well, let's just say, there's a reason her name is Sanity. --Note-- This story is going to be re-written eventually, while this story will be up until the other version is finished (I won't be publishing it until then) this story will be deleted once that is done. There will be notice for that, so you know what is happening, but chances are you may need to re-read the book a second time following this. Especially, since I plan on actually having a sequel to this one complete eventually. --As a side note-- Only 5 characters are my own: Sanity, Ryu, Avalon, Jeremiah, Genevieve. All other characters belong to DC, I cannot stress that enough. In addition to this I have also used actual quotes from the Original Comics for the characters that have said them, as well as used some of the same origins/storylines to give the other characters (DC's) more of an identity e.g. 'Death in the Family' storyline// Where Joker kills Jason... Or 'A Killing Joke' storyline//Barbara getting put in a wheelchair and the Joker's Origin... Finally, the Joker's 'real' name//'Batman Mask of the Phantasm'. There are other parts as well but those are the main ones and a few of the examples. (I don't know if the 'Batman Mask of the Phantasm' is the actual title to the animated movie but it is close enough, I think.) Won 2nd place in the 2015 undiscovered contest.Completa

The Gotham Queen
This is my own personal version of how our lovable Dr. Harleen Quinzel fell in love with the psychopathic clown known as The Joker. This will be a dark story. I mean, it is about Joker and his story isn't a pretty one. There will be dark, mature themes in this book. It is not for the faint of heart. That being said, if you are not comfortable with this, then skip those parts. I will have them marked, and I will leave subtle hint, so you get the basic gist of what happened. I do not own any of these characters or the various original stories!! I just made my own remake of it. All rights go to the DC Universe and the creators of these awesome people. Thank you for trying out this story. I'm sorry if the parts that are from Joker's POV are terrible, but I tried to get as close to his twisted personality as possible. It isn't exactly easy to predict what the most unpredictable character ever made would say and do. I mostly went off of the movie scenes for his character.
