Dorothy has returned to the Land of Oz, but why? The great Wizard of Oz is nowhere to be found. Dorothy is the only one who can bring him back from the most unexpected of places, Dorothy's modern New York. They're definitely not in Kansas anymore. Accompanying her on her quest, old friends the Lion, the Scarecrow, and the Tin woodman... Let's just say they're a little different since last time, with the new human like bodies Solomon had given them. Along with a new companion, a strange man named Cas who met Dorothy when she first came to Oz. Now that she's returned, his feelings for her only grow stronger. Meanwhile, dark magic is rising again, the Great Wizard Solomon is using his immense power for evil intentions. While Dorothy and the others are in the real world, Darkness falls on the golden hills and green valleys of Oz. The once magnificent City of Emeralds falling to pieces. Can Dorothy find the wizard, save Oz, and return to her own world unscathed?

Love in Oz (Scarecrow x Reader (Wizard of Oz fanfiction))
(Y/N) (L/N) is your everyday country girl who lives in Kansas. There, she's made friends with Dorothy Gale. Despite (Y/N) being a few years older than Dorothy, they become great friends and have been for a long time. But when a tornado rips through Kansas, Dorothy, (Y/N), and Dorothy's dog, Toto, are whisked away in their house to the magical land of Oz. They follow the Yellow Brick Road toward the Emerald City to meet the Wizard, and en route, they meet a Scarecrow that needs a brain, a Tin Man missing a heart, and a Cowardly Lion who wants courage. The wizard asks the group to bring him the broom of the Wicked Witch of the West to earn his help. But their adventure won't end there. Soon after their return to Kansas, Dorothy and (Y/N) find themselves whisked back to Oz to save her friends and Glinda from the Jester - the younger brother of the Wicked Witch of the West. The Jester is using his late sister's broomstick as a magic wand and is destroying Oz one yellow brick at a time. With new companions, the two girls set out to rescue old friends and restore order. But during this new adventure, (Y/N) would hear the constant talk of Scarecrow's love for her when she's only known him a day in her world. Will she accept his feelings or return to Kansas? After the legendary Dorothy returns to Kansas with her sister, Izzy, the Emerald City in Oz, fell. It had been taken over, by and evil Jester.
