My eyes darted up to a pair of elastic green eyes staring down at me. His lips parted as he spoke, "Tell me that I never ment anything to you , that you regret meeting me and I'll walk away, never look for you again in my lifetime."
My breath caught in my throat as he brought his tough but gentle hand up to my cheek, caressing it. "I- I can't. I want you in my life but I can't deny my feelings for him." I swallowed hard.
He chuckled and passed his free hand through his hair , "Don't you see you don't mean anything to him."
I shook my head as my eyes flickered to the wall behind him. A wet drop ran down my cheek knowing deep down he was right.
