Jokers Daughter| Born A Psycho

Victoria has been in Arkham Asylum for as long as she could remember she was practically born there. Her parents were both insane. She never got to see her father, he was in and out of the asylum, but her mother kept her close. When Victoria was born, the gaurds took her to a foster home, no one wanted her. When she was three she killed her foster parents, and was sent back to Arkaham Asylum. Since then she has killed many others, she finally escaped after twelve years. She is on a mission to find her father, and work by his side.
