The Light In The Dark
This is a Sonadow AU where Shadow is an alien from a different universe. He finds Mobius and tries to become the most powerful... but without anyone noticing him. He is trying to become one of them. Over time, he figures out that Sonic is the quote on quote "ultimate lifeform" on Mobius. He tries to become acquaintances with Sonic so he can learn their culture... as things take a turn. (These characters are seen as young adults. The only child depicted in this story is Tails. So, for whoever may be thinking, I am sexualizing minors. You're wrong. Shadow has always hated Sonic's guts. His stupid face, stupid smile, stupid voice, stupid everything! He's always been nothing but a pain. How could he be so carefree and relaxed all the time when it feels as if all of Mobius relies on him? Shadow struggles to find peace as he has constant nightmares and thoughts of his past. He lost his only purpose, Why was he even here? Why did he have to be created if all he's ever brought is pain and suffering to those he loves? Things start to change after his friends force him to stop fighting with Sonic for the good of the team. Shadow and Sonic are as different as can be...but is that really so bad?Complete
