Eight years later, Claudia's son, Stiles Stilinski uncovers a journal belonging to Claudia that leads him to Oscorp Industries where he discovers dark secrets about Norman Osborn, and is bitten by a genetically altered spider his mother created. The bite gives him superhuman abilities, and throws him into a world he doesn't understand as he tries to survive Osborn's wrath, take on a serial killer with a personal connection to Stiles... and after one mistake leads to a family tragedy, Stiles must utilize his smarts to create the gear needed to become the masked vigilante known as Spider-Man, embracing the words: "With Great Power Comes Great Responsibility"
