The townsfolk of Eriesville have been under control for four years and Michi Tomo is putting a stop to it. Four years ago there was a war that put everyone on edge. The government decided it was time to make sure NO ONE brought it up or were depressed about it. So they created the "Joy" pill to make anyone's worries go away! And Michi thought that it left a bitter taste in her mouth.
