It has been 8 years since detective Lorette saw the corpse of Fiona Denver - a friend of her aunt. Her life is filled with crime, intelligence, friends and murderers. Her job means everything to her and Vera's highest goal is to imprison the killer and to give the family peace. A detective is the voice of the dead and the tool of justice - there is nothing more important. Vera is certain that the best way to solve a problem is to do it on your own - she doesn't need any help from others. Is she a cold person? Maybe. Is she a honest person? Definately. Is she selfish? Never.
However also ever since she investigated the case of Fiona - her feelings became numb, Vera became numb. Will she find happiness herself in this short story?

Anna's Accidents

13 parts Ongoing

Sixteen-year-old Anna embarks on a lakeside vacation with her overbearing mother, hoping for a break from her father's constant absence and her mother's smothering care. But a series of humiliating accidents force Anna to confront her vulnerabilities, while her mother's firm hand brings their relationship to a breaking point. As the trip unfolds, Anna struggles with the loss of independence and the looming reality of her mother's drastic solutions to her recurring issues. Through embarrassment, arguments, and reluctant compromises, Anna and her mother navigate the fine line between care and control, culminating in an uneasy understanding that will shape their relationship back home.
