When Hanzo enlists in the army to fight the war against the omnics, Jesse can't bring himself to miss out. Building limbs for soldiers and trying his best to contribute to the war at hand, he finds himself being sent to the base Hanzo inhabited. After he gets instructed to create limbs, he finally gets to meet one of the victims. Heartbroken, he fights to help him walk again.
(ADDITIONAL NOTE: Omnics are the opposition in this, though everyone is human. Overwatch is kinda like a codename for whichever country Jesse and co. are fighting for, like Omnic would be a codename for their opposition.)

Hanzo Shimada decides to try using a sniper rifle and his eyes land on someone...interesting. It is McHanzo. I looked through the scope to aim for a training robot, but instead I saw a person standing in the way, back turned. I moved away from the scope and got a clear look at the man. He wasn't anyone I recognized, who could he be. The new recruit? He had a revolver in his holster and wore a giant hat on his head. He sort of looked like a, what was the name... Cowman? Welcome to my take on the Overwatch lore! This is a continuous story so I recommend you to start from the beginning. Votes and comments are highly appreaciated, I love reading your thoughts. :) It takes place during the Overwatch/Blackwatch era and mostly centers around Gabriel Reyes (Reaper), Jack Morrison (Soldier 76) and Jesse Mccree. It is a story about love, friendship and family, but also struggles and inner demons. Sexual content that in periods turns dark and violent so reader discretion is adviced. All pictures used are borrowed (all credit to the artists), I do not own them or anything connected to Overwatch (owned by Blizzard). The pictures have served as inspiration, but if the creators want them removed I will do so immediately. This is my first try on a fanfiction, English is not my native language so please be kind.
