Naive 19 year old Emlyn Jole is struggling to find her worth, and being raised by a highly appraised Christian family, she sees everything that exists outside of The Holy Bible as an unspeakable crime. Caught in the seemingly endless nightmare that she calls life, Emlyn struggles to keep her head above water as she faces every day hardships that lead her to question the everlasting faith that seems to be holding her entire family together. As the days grow longer, the nights become shorter and she begins to find a new interest in which she devotes her entire being. All the while, her dreams bring her to a place beyond this Earth where nothing is considered wrong, and everything is justified with some sort of purpose. It is here that she finds herself, broken and vulnerable amongst a plethora of soft spoken shadows. A place created by a troubled mind as an escape from what actually is. Stripped from all she was before, Emlyn endures a repeating contradiction between real and fake, and discovers the things in life she never knew existed.

𝐕𝐢𝐯𝐚𝐚𝐧 𝐑𝐚𝐣𝐯𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐡𝐢 𝐗 𝐉𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐯𝐢 𝐌𝐚𝐝𝐚𝐧. In a world that screams, I stand in despair, My voice drowned out, lost in the air. Chains of tradition tighten each day, I long to escape, but I'm forced to stay. Each breath I take feels heavy and torn, Every mistake a scar I've worn. I crave a sky where I can be free, Away from the walls that imprison me. For now, I sit with my heart in pain, Silent, yet screaming, again and again. Though shattered, a spark in me still survives, Dreaming of freedom where my soul can rise.
